The short version: Daily Tracker is a paid to-do list app. You get a 7-day free trial, then it costs $1.99 a month or $19 a year, and you can cancel anytime. Your tasks are yours. Be reasonable, and we will be too.
Daily Tracker (the “Service”) is a product of FragranceHelp.net (“we”, “us”), operated by Samuel Sayre, sole proprietor, based in North Carolina, USA. It is available at getdailytracker.com. You can reach us at hello@getdailytracker.com.
By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
You need an email address and a password to use the Service. Keep your password private; you are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us right away if you think someone else has access to it. One person per account, please.
Everything you type into the Service (tasks, subtasks, notes, categories, history) is yours. We do not claim any ownership of it. You give us permission to store it and show it back to you on your devices, which is the whole point of the Service. We do not read your tasks, sell them, or use them for advertising.
Do not use the Service to break the law, to harm or harass anyone, to attack or overload our systems, or to share your account with other people. Do not try to copy, reverse-engineer or resell the Service.
We work hard to keep the Service running, but it is provided “as is” and we cannot promise it will always be available or error-free. We may add, change or remove features over time. If we ever decide to shut the Service down, we will give you at least 30 days’ notice by email so you can export or copy your lists.
You can stop using the Service at any time. To delete your account and all of your data, email us and we will do it within 14 days. We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law that cannot be waived.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, USA. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of North Carolina, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring it locally.
If we make meaningful changes to these Terms, we will update the date at the top and, for anything that affects your rights or your bill, email you first. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the new Terms.
